Stop Saying "Good Question!"

That's it!  I'm never saying "good question" to anyone...ever!  I have yet to sit through a company pitch where someone on management doesn't say "good question."  The really annoying ones are the folks who say it after every question.  I wonder if I did that when I was pitching...
